Just days before Imagine Dragons release their hotly anticipated second album, ‘Smoke + Mirrors’, Globe were lucky to catch the Las Vegas quartet perform new material at London’s House of Vans on Wednesday the 11th of February. The show was a free event - tickets were available for 24 hours exclusively from the House of Vans London website via a ballot system – and the lucky winners were able to watch their favourite band in a rare intimate setting. All was not lost on the fans that weren’t able to get tickets though, as the event was filmed and able to be viewed via a live stream hosted on houseofvanslondon.com.
The band exploded onto the global arena with over 10 million single sales of huge hits It’s Time, Top of the World and Radioactive; however the night was all about new material, with I Bet My Life, Gold and Shots all sounding amazing. Over the course of the set, there were too many huge tracks and memorable moments to mention, but having closed the set with Radioactive, Imagine Dragons thanked the audience, thanked House of Vans and left the stage.
In the process of their career they’ve sold over 4 million copies of debut album 'Night Visions' and toured the globe. Imagine Dragons will be returning to London as part of an arena tour in November.
